Items will be posted Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery or by Special next day delivery by 1pm depending on what the buyer chooses. Any of these options will require a signature upon arrival. All items will be packed in plain discreet mailing bags.
Policies:
We do accept returns, but there are a few conditions:
You may return the item at your own expence for an exchange or refund.
A full refund will be given for a faulty/damaged item (excluding postage costs of returning the item).
The item must be sent back to us in the way it was received, with bags, tags, not smelling of smoke or washing powder etc.
If you do recieve a faulty item, you have to contact us first before sending the item back. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to discuss whether you would like a refund or exchange.
If you are just unhappy with the item or it doesn't fit, we will offer an exchange or refund excluding any postage costs.
Items must be received back to us within 14 days from the day of purchase.
We cannot and will not refund any costs if the item is not returned to us so we suggest you send items back to us recorded delivery at your own expense.
